The Foreman will lead electrical teams on commercial and industrial projects. You’ll oversee job site operations, ensure work aligns with project timelines and safety standards, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to maintain quality assurance.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical construction or related field
- Proven leadership in managing teams on job sites
- Deep understanding of electrical systems, code standards, and installation procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- Strong communication and scheduling skills

As a Journeyman Wireman, you will perform installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical wiring, devices, and systems across our commercial and data infrastructure projects.
- Valid journeyman electrician license or certification
- 4+ years of field experience in electrical installation
- Proficient in conduit bending, panel installations, and cable terminations
- Solid knowledge of local and national electrical codes
- Ability to work independently or in a team under Foreman direction
- Strong attention to detail and safety

Technicians support low-voltage system installations, including voice/data networks, fire alarms, video surveillance, and access control systems. You'll work on wiring, configuration, testing, and system integration.
- 2+ years of experience in low-voltage or electrical systems
- Familiarity with BICSI standards and TIA/EIA cabling practices
- Experience with fire alarm and security system hardware/software
- Ability to interpret schematics and work with tools/testers
- Detail-oriented and committed to safe installations
- Technical certifications (e.g., NICET, CompTIA) are a plus
